<p>1. 將雞腿肉去皮切塊汆燙備用。<br />2.乾木耳用熱水浸泡五分鐘，洗淨去蒂頭撥小塊。<br />3.玉米切段，紅棗、枸杞用水稍微沖一下。<br />4.將所有的食材、米酒、水放入燉鍋中<br />5.湯煮沸之後，小火燉30分鐘，最後再下鹽巴調味即可。</p>
