<p>1.排骨剁塊，放入奇異果泥.少許米酒.雞蛋醃漬蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏20分鐘<br />2.將黑棗加入烏醋.50cc的水.糖.醬油混合攪拌均勻放入電鍋，內外鍋各加半杯的水，蒸透之後即為蜜棗醬汁<br />3.取出冷藏的排骨，瀝掉多餘的汁液<br />4.備160度油鍋，將排骨裹上地瓜粉炸至熟透撈起<br />5.鍋中留少許油，將蒸透的蜜棗醬汁倒入，加入炸熟的排骨，拌炒至收汁起鍋前嗆入米酒噴香，盛盤灑上芝麻即可</p>

2. 娃娃菜清洗乾淨切片備用<br />
3. 冷鍋倒入黑麻油及薑片，讓溫度自然升高後煸香薑片<br />
4. 中火煸至薑片微縮就可下入菜心入炒了，炒約一分鐘<br />
5. 放入米酒，放入枸杞在適當加些許水，開大火拌炒到菜心半透明狀調味加點塩</p>
