<p>1.先將銀耳用水浸泡開，加入鹽搓洗後，再洗淨，浸泡清水至膨發，去硬蒂剪成小塊<br />2.將紅棗及蓮子用清水洗淨備用<br />3.取鍋子，於鍋中加入作法1的銀耳.作法2的紅棗與水，煮滾至30分鐘後，即轉小火煮約15分鐘後關火<br />4.打開鍋蓋，加入蓮子再蓋上鍋蓋開火煮滾後，轉小火再煮12分鐘，打開鍋蓋加入冰糖調味即可</p>

<p>1. 把所有材料準備好<br />2. 當歸用水泡10分鐘，再用牙刷輕輕刷洗乾淨切成薄片<br />3. 把切好的當歸片放入鍋中，加入適量清水，大火煮開後轉中小火煮15分鐘<br />4. 雞蛋放入鍋中，加沒過雞蛋的冷水中火煮開至熟<br />5. 取出，用冷水泡浸一下，剝去雞蛋殼，並用叉子在蛋白的表面扎一下<br />6. 把剝好的雞蛋放入當歸水中，調大火，煮開後轉中小火繼續煮10分鐘左右<br />7. 加入紅糖，煮至糖溶即可<br />8. 晾至溫熱，即可開吃</p>

<p>1. 備一鍋水，放在爐子上煮<br />2. 紅棗剪一刀，放入鍋中煮<br />3. 老薑去皮，切片，放入鍋中煮<br />4. 黃耆先熬出水，將熬煮出來的黃耆水加入鍋中煮<br />5. 水煮滾後，薑撈出來不吃<br />6. 放入2匙紅糖，攪拌溶解<br />7. 另煮一鍋水，開大火煮冷凍湯圓，攪拌以免黏鍋，一直用大火煮到湯圓浮起後才關火<br />8. 將湯圓與薑汁加入小碗，即可端上桌食用</p>

<li>外鍋加入2杯水(300c.c.)，按下開關熬煮</li>
<li>用大碗量取80g蜂蜜及100g的蒟蒻果凍粉，攪拌成均勻泥狀</li>
<li>電鍋開關跳起來之後繼續悶10分鐘再撈除酸梅湯包</li>
<li>在酸梅湯中加入冰糖攪拌至完全溶解</li>
<li>加蒟蒻果凍粉泥，攪拌至完全溶解</li>
<li>趁熱分裝至果凍杯待冷卻後再加蓋</li>

<p>先製作棗泥餡:<br />1. 紅棗及黑棗清洗乾淨，倒入水，蒸煮15-20分鐘至軟爛，多餘的水倒掉<br />2. 紅棗及黑棗的皮計籽去除，棗肉放入食物調理機中攪打成細緻的泥狀<br />3. 棗泥放入炒鍋中，加入糖中火翻炒均勻<br />4. 再加入麥芽糖翻炒3-5分鐘，加入液體植物油混合均勻<br />5. 持續中小火炒至棗泥餡成為濃稠團狀即可<br />6. 冷卻即可使用</p>
<p>開始製作蛋糕:<br />1. 蛋黃和砂糖10 g攪拌到無顆粒<br />2. 加入棗泥到蛋黃糊攪拌均勻<br />3. 蛋白打發到拉勾不會掉下來，再加入砂糖30g<br />4. 取1/3蛋白糊加入蛋黃糊攪拌均勻，再把攪拌均勻的蛋黃糊倒回剩下2/3蛋白糊，加入植物油和核桃<br />5. 放入烤模，170度烤25-30分鐘</p>

<p>1. 無花果和黑棗切成適當大小，放進煮滾的濃郁糖水，加檸檬汁和蘭姆酒小火煮三到五分鐘（無花果比較硬，煮五分鐘，黑棗蜜餞較軟可以最後兩分鐘再下），熄火放涼，醃漬兩小時。<br />2. 磅蛋糕製作部分，室溫軟化奶油，打至乳霜狀，分兩次加糖，持續打發直到完全混合的泛白霜狀奶油。<br />3. 分次加入蛋（室溫），持續攪拌，避免油水分離，直到均勻，如果用打蛋器電動，低速持續攪拌均勻。<br />4. 加入檸檬汁.蘭姆酒.鹽，麵粉和泡打粉過篩加入，以切拌的方式，由下往上把麵粉拌均勻。避免過度攪拌以免出筋。<br />蛋分奶油霜均勻攪拌好後，基本四大材料就只剩麵粉了，麵粉泡打粉過篩後用刮刀以由下往上切的方式拌勻，拌勻即可，不用過度攪拌，以免出筋。<br />5. 加入蜜好的無花果和黑棗，均勻攪拌，將麵糊放入烤模，烤箱預熱，170度烤45分鐘。<br />6. 烤模的部分，使用的是長方形不分離烤模，為了脫模方便，可以裁剪適當大小烘培紙墊底。最後就是放進預熱好的烤箱烤45~50分鐘，把前置步驟蜜果乾留下的濃稠果蜜塗在蛋糕表層。<br />7. 磅蛋糕烤起來放個一兩天會更好吃，這款磅蛋糕在冷冷冬天的室溫可以保存5~7天，夏天比較熱的話差不多可以3~5天，只要保存在保鮮盒裡，放置在陰涼處即可，想要保存更久的話，冰到冷藏中，建議要吃的時候可以回烤3~5分鐘</p>

<p>1. 將桂圓肉洗淨剪細，浸泡至軟身後，瀝乾水份備用<br />2. 將紅棗洗淨剪細，放入攪拌機，加入牛奶及油，攪拌均勻備用<br />3. 打發雞蛋至泡沫狀態，加入紅糖，打發約6分鐘，至蛋霜紋路清晰不易消失<br />4. 加入低筋麵粉，輕力用切拌方式拌勻<br />5. 加入油輕手拌勻後，再加入2及桂圓肉拌勻<br />6. 烤箱先預熱，放入烤箱用165度烤40分鐘完成。</p>

<p>1.將胡羅波和地瓜削皮後，處理成絲狀，並稍微剪短後用黑糖粉拌勻靜置30分鐘<br />2.蛋黃、蛋白分離後，取蛋白部分先打發，再依序加入白砂糖、橄欖油打勻後再放入蛋黃、香草精<br />3.另取一碗將低筋麵粉50g、全麥麵粉50g、小蘇打粉、泡打粉。拌勻後，用過篩器篩過，再加入作法2.鹽巴.肉桂粉少許，並混和均勻<br />4.將作法1撈起加入作法3中拌勻<br />5.再將枸杞.葡萄乾及攪碎後的核桃加入作法4中拌勻<br />6.不沾鍋預熱後熄火，放置奶油待融化後，用刷子塗滿鍋子內部後開火，再將拌好的蛋糕餡置入，並鋪上整顆核桃.枸杞.葡萄乾，用小火烘烤20～25分鐘<br />7.可將剩下胡蘿蔔頭蜜黑糖裝飾在蛋糕上就完成</p>

<p>1. 將枸杞先泡水泡軟<br />2. 將奶油和糖粉稍打發，分次加蛋汁拌勻，加入過篩麵粉，用刮刀拌勻<br />3. 最後加入枸杞，取出麵糰在塑膠袋上整成長條狀，放冷凍冰硬<br />4. 烘烤時，從冰箱取出切片即可放入烤箱，上火170 約14分鐘</p>
