<p>1.將燕窩浸發3小時，每小時換1次水</p>
<p>2.浸軟後將燕窩撕成絲狀</p>
<p>3.將紅棗剪半去核清洗</p>
<p>4.將燕窩、紅棗和牛奶加入鍋內</p>
<p>5.煮一鍋水，等水沸騰後放入燕窩鍋內，注意水位不要超過鍋子的一半</p>
<p>6.並且開始調中小火燉煮15分鐘</p>
<p>7.加入冰糖並攪拌，再燉15分鐘即可食用</p>

<p>1. 白木耳洗淨，剝成小片<br />2.紅蘋果洗淨，去籽，切成16瓣(不能削皮)<br />3.瘦豬肉洗淨，切成約1公分的厚片，再用少許太白粉拌勻備用。<br />4.取一深鍋，加入6杯水和3杯白飯，以小火慢慢煮開，放入白木耳及紅蘋果續煮15分鐘<br />5.再加瘦豬肉及枸杞繼續煮10分鐘後，加入調味料拌勻即可。</p>
