<p>金銀花的莖、葉和花都可入藥，具有解毒、消炎、殺毒、殺菌、利尿和止癢的作用。金銀花露是兒童夏天的防治痱子膿瘡的佳品。新鮮的金銀花帶清香，含水量花蜜較多，農村兒童常採取花朵吸食蜜汁。鮮花莖曬乾或按制綠茶的方法制乾，即為金銀花茶有兩種，即是金銀花的成品</p>

<p>《本草拾遺》：「主熱毒、血痢、水痢，濃煎服之。」</p>
<p>《本草綱目》：「一切風濕氣，及諸腫毒、癰疽疥癬、楊梅諸惡瘡。散熱解毒。」</p>
<p>根據《神農本草經》記載：「金銀花具有清熱解毒、涼血化瘀之效，主治外感風熱、瘟病初起、紅腫熱痛、便膿血」等，以現代藥理來看，金銀花含有環己六醇、黃酮類、肌醇、皂甙、鞣質等成分，廣寒抗菌作用，對金黃熱葡萄球菌、痢疾桿菌、流感病毒及致病黴菌等均有抑制作用；另外，金銀花也具有明顯抗發炎及解熱作用，且當中成份環己六醇常被用於治療肝炎、肝硬化及降膽固醇，具有一定的降血脂功效。</p>

<p>金銀花中藥療效不只如此，現代藥理也分析出內含揮發油、木犀草素、肌醇、原酸等成分，具廣泛的抗菌、消炎、解熱作用，並且還能降低膽固醇，更有研究發現金銀花的作用能促進淋巴細胞轉化、增強細胞吞噬，或是促進腎上腺皮質激素釋放，雙管齊下提高人體免疫力、抑制急性發炎，因此金銀花又被稱為「中藥抗生素」，市面上許多感冒、消炎成藥都有含金銀花，常用於呼吸道保健，搭配連翹使用可增強相關功效。</p>
<p>金銀花清熱解毒的效果，還常用於各種癰腫疔瘡。金銀花功效皮膚出問題時也很常使用於治療濕疹、毛囊炎、青春痘、粉刺、痱子等等熱毒引起的皮膚病症，利用金銀花能退火消炎、抑制細菌感染，進而舒緩發炎化膿，有「內外癰腫之要藥」的稱呼。</p>

<p>金銀花屬寒性，能清熱解毒，對去熱、解暑非常有效。在夏天，用金銀花泡水，還能提高精神，讓人神清氣爽。對於身體出現的毒素、瘡瘍，把金銀花和薄荷、連翹一起煎服，能疏表散熱。</p>

<p>珍珠粉既可內服，也能外用。《本草綱目》記載：「珍珠味鹹，甘寒無毒，鎮心點目」，珍珠粉含有豐富鈣質，是常用的中藥，可安神定驚、補鈣、補充微量元素。另外，珍珠粉所含的牛磺酸，可以調理中樞神經以及內分泌，幫助內分泌系統運作良好，因此有助改善膚質。</p>

<p>《珍珠囊》：「主傷風頭痛，開腠理，解表發汗，去皮膚風濕。」<br />《本經疏證》：「其用之道有六：曰和營，曰通陽，曰利水，曰下氣，曰行瘀，曰補中。」<br />桂枝煎劑有降溫解熱作用，對金黃色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、傷寒桿菌、常見致病皮膚真菌、流感病毒均有抑制作用。桂皮油、桂皮醛對結核桿菌有抑制作用。<br />桂皮油有健胃、緩解胃腸道痙攣及利尿、強心等作用。<br />桂皮醛有鎮痛、鎮靜、抗驚厥作用。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>一、發汗作用</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝辛溫行散，透達營衛，善於外行肌腠，祛除風寒，而奏解表之功。《本草備要》提到：桂枝能「發汗解肌」，《醫學啟源》也說：「其用有四：治傷風頭痛，一也；開肌理，二也；解表，三也；去皮風濕，四也。」<br />桂枝水煎劑及其有效成分桂皮醛、桂皮酸鈉可使由傷寒、副傷寒菌苗致熱的家兔體溫降低，並能使正常小鼠的體溫和皮膚溫度下降，其解熱和降溫作用可能是由於皮膚血管擴張，促進發汗使散熱增加所致。近來發現桂枝對體溫有雙向調節作用。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>二、鎮靜</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝具有明顯的鎮靜、抗驚厥作用。桂枝的總揮髮油、水提物及其有效成分桂皮醒可使小鼠自主活動減少，巴比妥類催眠藥的催眠作用增強，對抗苯丙胺所致中樞神經系統過度興奮，並能延長士的寧所致強直性驚厥的死亡時間，減少煙鹼引起的強直性驚厥及死亡的發生率，還可抑制小鼠聽源性驚厥等。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>三、止痛功效</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝煎劑及桂枝水提物加總揮髮油的混合物給小鼠灌服，對熱刺激引起的疼痛反應有明顯的抑制作用，並能提高痛闕值，桂枝複方的鎮痛作用更好。<br />《本草經疏》提到桂枝：「實表祛邪。主利肝肺氣，頭痛，風痹，骨節攣痛。」.《本草再新》：「治手足發冷作麻、筋抽疼痛，並外感寒涼等症。」</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>四、減少心血管疾病</strong></span></p>
<p>經現代研究認為該功效與心血管系統等有關。對心血管的作用：桂枝水煎劑腹腔注射，能使小鼠心肌營養血流量增加，且有擴張外周血管作用，增加冠脈流量。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>五、抗癌</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝中含有一些化學成分，如桂枝素、桂枝酸等，具有一定的抗癌藥理活性，但其對於癌症的治療作用還需要進一步的研究和驗證。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>六、抗發炎</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝具有一定的抗發炎作用。桂枝中的化學成分，如桂枝素、桂皮素等，具有一定的抗氧化和抗發炎作用。<br />研究發現，桂枝可以抑制發炎介質的產生，減輕發炎反應，對於治療某些發炎疾病具有一定的作用。<br />桂枝煎劑、總揮髮油等對角叉菜膠、蛋清、二甲苯等所致急性炎症有明顯的抑製作用，且能明顯抑制小鼠腹腔毛細血管通透性亢進，桂枝總揮髮油尚能抑制小鼠棉球肉芽腫。其揮髮油部分由呼吸道排出，對呼吸道炎症有消炎作用。<br />桂枝尚能抑制IgE所致肥大細胞脫粒釋放介質，還能抑制補體活性；總揮髮油對過敏性炎症模型大鼠佐劑性關節炎有抑制作用，表明桂枝有抗過敏作用。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>七、抗菌、抗病毒</strong></span></p>
<p>桂枝具有一定的抗病毒作用。研究表明，桂枝中的一些化學成分具有抗病毒活性，如桂枝醛、桂皮素等。桂枝可以增強人體免疫力，提高機體對於病毒的抵抗能力，從而起到一定的抗病毒作用。<br />體外實驗證明，桂枝水煎液對金黃色葡萄球菌、傷寒桿菌以及某些常見的致病性真菌均有較強的抑制作用。醇提取物對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、炭疽桿菌、霍亂弧菌等也有抑制效果。桂皮油、桂皮酵對變形桿菌、結核桿菌有抑製作用。此外，對流感病毒亞洲甲型京科68-1株，孤兒病毒(ECHO11)均有抑制效果，可以預防新冠肺炎。</p>

<p>《本草綱目》卷十八載：瓜蔞&ldquo;潤肺燥、降火、治咳嗽、滌痰結、止消渴、利大便、消癰腫瘡毒&rdquo;。瓜蔞籽炒用：&ldquo;補虛勞口乾、潤心肺、治吐血、腸風瀉血、赤白痢、手面皺&rdquo;。<br />瓜蔞為藥食兼用產品，其根塊，全瓜蔞、蔞皮、蔞仔均可入藥，其中根塊、蔞仔又是營養食品和保健食品的理想用材，具有廣闊的市場前景。<br />藥食瓜蔞入藥部分為全果含瓜蔞、天花粉根塊、蔞皮、蔞籽四部分。對心血管系統具有擴張冠脈、抗心肌缺血，改善微迴圈，抑制血小板聚集，耐缺氧，抗心律失常等作用，對消化系統有抗潰瘍、瀉下作用。《本草綱目》記載：瓜蔞藥性、味甘、微苦、性寒、歸肺、胃、大腸徑，清熱化痰，寬胸散結、潤燥滑腸、痛瘡腫毒。主治熱病口渴，消渴多飲，肺熱燥咳，瘡瘍腫毒。<br />全瓜蔞：清熱散結、潤肺化痰，滑腸通便實用中草藥大全353頁記載。<br />瓜蔞皮：清肺化痰，寬胸利氣實用中草藥大全353頁記載目前已開出瓜蔞皮針劑、瓜蔞皮中成藥系列。</p>

<p>《中藥志》：滌痰結，舒肝鬱。治痰熱咳嗽，胸脅作痛。<br />《四川中藥志》：潤肺降氣，止咳祛痰。治咽喉疼痛，大便燥結及乳癰。<br />《廣東中藥》：治吐、衄，燥渴，咽痛，便結。</p>
<p>清肺化痰;利氣寬胸散結。主肺熱咳嗽;胸脅痞痛，咽喉腫痛;乳癖乳乳癰<br />本品甘寒而潤，微苦降洩，善清肺熱，潤肺燥，滌痰濁，「故於熱燥之痰為對待之劑」《本草述》。能「通胸膈之痹塞」《本草正義》而寬胸散結，「故結胸胸痹，非此不治」《本草思辨錄》。亦能散結消癰，凡「一切肺癰腸癰乳癰之屬火者尤為相宜」《本草便讀》。甘寒質潤入大腸，能潤燥滑腸，通利大便。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>一、清熱化痰</strong></span></p>
<p>用於痰熱咳喘。本品甘寒清潤，有清肺化痰之功，用於肺熱咳嗽，痰稠不易咯出之證。可單用，臨床常配知母、浙貝母等同用。若痰熱內結，咳痰黃稠，胸悶而大便不暢者，又可配以黃芩、膽南星、枳實等，如清氣化痰丸。<br />在臨床實踐中，用它熬水治咳嗽很有效，特別是針對有痰的陣咳等。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>二、利氣寬胸</strong></span></p>
<p>用於胸痺、結胸。本品既能清化痰熱，又能寬胸散結，故可通利胸膈之痺塞，為治胸痺、結胸要藥。治痰濁痺阻，胸陽不通之胸痺，可配薤白、半夏同用，如栝樓薤白白酒湯，栝樓薤白半夏湯。治痰熱結胸，胸膈痞滿，按之則痛者，則配黃連、半夏，如小陷胸湯。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>三、消癰散結</strong></span></p>
<p>用於肺癰，腸癰，乳癰等。本品能消腫散結。治肺癰咳吐膿血，配魚腥草、蘆根等同用。治腸癰，則配敗醬草，紅籐等同用。治乳癰初起，紅腫熱痛，可配蒲公英、銀花、牛蒡子等同用。</p>

<p>雞血藤含鐵質、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇及穀甾醇。含刺芒柄花素、芒柄花甙、櫻黃素、阿弗羅莫辛、卡亞寧、甘草查耳酮、異甘草素、四羥基查耳酮、大豆黃素、苜蓿酚、9-O-甲氧基香豆雌酚、3,7-二羥基-6-甲氧基二氫黃酮醇、表兒茶精、原兒茶酸、無羈萜-3b-醇、b-谷甾醇、胡蘿蔔甾醇和7-酮基-b-谷甾醇.<br />

<p>《本草綱目拾遺》：「其藤最活血，暖腰膝已風痰。」藤膠「壯筋骨，已酸痛，和酒服&hellip;治老人氣血虛弱，手足麻木癱瘓等症；男子虛損，不能生育及遺精白濁&hellip;婦人經血不調，赤白帶下，婦人乾血勞及子宮虛冷不受胎。」<br />《飲片新參》：「去瘀血，生新血，流利經脈。治暑痧，風血痹症。」<br />雞血藤為活血祛瘀藥。據中醫理論而言，雞血藤的藥性藥味屬苦、微甘、溫。藥物。其歸經於肝經，故對其臟腑及經絡具有較明顯功效。<br />雞血藤苦甘性溫，既能活血，又能補血，且有舒筋活絡之功效。血瘀、血虛或血虛而兼有瘀滯之證者，皆可適用。可用於治療月經不調、經行不暢、痛經、血虛經閉，關節酸痛、手足麻木、肢體癱瘓、風濕痹痛等證。<br />雞血藤治療風濕痹痛時，適用於氣血虛弱者，多配補血藥及祛風濕藥；治療月經不調、經閉腹痛時，以血虛引起者為佳，常與四物湯配伍；治療中風後遺症，可於穩定期時用雞血藤調補氣血、行滯活絡。</p>

<p>對於婦女血瘀、血虛之月經病均可應用。因瘀滯之月經不調、痛經、閉經者，可配伍川芎、紅花、香附等以活血化瘀調經；因血虛者，則配伍熟地、當歸、白芍等以養血調經。</p>

<p>治療經脈不暢，絡脈不和的常用藥。治風濕痹痛，有關節痛、肢體麻木，可配伍祛風濕藥，如獨活、威靈仙、桑寄生等；治中風手足麻木、肢體癱瘓，常配伍益氣活血通絡藥，如黃芪、丹參、地龍等；治血虛不養筋之肢體麻木及血虛萎黃，則多配益氣補血藥，如黃芪、當歸等同用。</p>
