<p>《本草綱目》卷十八載：瓜蔞&ldquo;潤肺燥、降火、治咳嗽、滌痰結、止消渴、利大便、消癰腫瘡毒&rdquo;。瓜蔞籽炒用：&ldquo;補虛勞口乾、潤心肺、治吐血、腸風瀉血、赤白痢、手面皺&rdquo;。<br />瓜蔞為藥食兼用產品，其根塊，全瓜蔞、蔞皮、蔞仔均可入藥，其中根塊、蔞仔又是營養食品和保健食品的理想用材，具有廣闊的市場前景。<br />藥食瓜蔞入藥部分為全果含瓜蔞、天花粉根塊、蔞皮、蔞籽四部分。對心血管系統具有擴張冠脈、抗心肌缺血，改善微迴圈，抑制血小板聚集，耐缺氧，抗心律失常等作用，對消化系統有抗潰瘍、瀉下作用。《本草綱目》記載：瓜蔞藥性、味甘、微苦、性寒、歸肺、胃、大腸徑，清熱化痰，寬胸散結、潤燥滑腸、痛瘡腫毒。主治熱病口渴，消渴多飲，肺熱燥咳，瘡瘍腫毒。<br />全瓜蔞：清熱散結、潤肺化痰，滑腸通便實用中草藥大全353頁記載。<br />瓜蔞皮：清肺化痰，寬胸利氣實用中草藥大全353頁記載目前已開出瓜蔞皮針劑、瓜蔞皮中成藥系列。</p>

<p>《中藥志》：滌痰結，舒肝鬱。治痰熱咳嗽，胸脅作痛。<br />《四川中藥志》：潤肺降氣，止咳祛痰。治咽喉疼痛，大便燥結及乳癰。<br />《廣東中藥》：治吐、衄，燥渴，咽痛，便結。</p>
<p>清肺化痰;利氣寬胸散結。主肺熱咳嗽;胸脅痞痛，咽喉腫痛;乳癖乳乳癰<br />本品甘寒而潤，微苦降洩，善清肺熱，潤肺燥，滌痰濁，「故於熱燥之痰為對待之劑」《本草述》。能「通胸膈之痹塞」《本草正義》而寬胸散結，「故結胸胸痹，非此不治」《本草思辨錄》。亦能散結消癰，凡「一切肺癰腸癰乳癰之屬火者尤為相宜」《本草便讀》。甘寒質潤入大腸，能潤燥滑腸，通利大便。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>一、清熱化痰</strong></span></p>
<p>用於痰熱咳喘。本品甘寒清潤，有清肺化痰之功，用於肺熱咳嗽，痰稠不易咯出之證。可單用，臨床常配知母、浙貝母等同用。若痰熱內結，咳痰黃稠，胸悶而大便不暢者，又可配以黃芩、膽南星、枳實等，如清氣化痰丸。<br />在臨床實踐中，用它熬水治咳嗽很有效，特別是針對有痰的陣咳等。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>二、利氣寬胸</strong></span></p>
<p>用於胸痺、結胸。本品既能清化痰熱，又能寬胸散結，故可通利胸膈之痺塞，為治胸痺、結胸要藥。治痰濁痺阻，胸陽不通之胸痺，可配薤白、半夏同用，如栝樓薤白白酒湯，栝樓薤白半夏湯。治痰熱結胸，胸膈痞滿，按之則痛者，則配黃連、半夏，如小陷胸湯。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>三、消癰散結</strong></span></p>
<p>用於肺癰，腸癰，乳癰等。本品能消腫散結。治肺癰咳吐膿血，配魚腥草、蘆根等同用。治腸癰，則配敗醬草，紅籐等同用。治乳癰初起，紅腫熱痛，可配蒲公英、銀花、牛蒡子等同用。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>四、潤腸通便</strong></span></p>
<p>用於腸燥便秘。瓜蔞仁質潤多油，有潤腸通便之功，用治胃腸實熱、腸燥便秘者，常配火麻仁、郁李仁等同用。</p>

<p>《本草綱目》載，蓮子能交心腎，厚腸胃，固精氣，強筋骨，補虛損，利耳目，除寒濕。近代醫用蓮子治理夜寐多夢，甚有良效。</p>
<p>性平、味甘澀，入心、脾、腎經；補脾止瀉，益腎澀清，養心安神。用於脾虛久瀉，遺精帶下，心悸失眠。主治夜寐多夢，失眠，健忘，心煩口渴，腰痛腳弱，耳目不聰，遺精，淋濁，久痢，虛瀉，婦女崩漏帶下以及胃虛不欲飲食等病癥。蓮子芯味道極苦，卻有顯著的強心作用，能擴張外周血管，降低血壓；蓮芯還有很好的祛心火的功效，可以治療口舌生瘡，並有助於睡眠。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>一、降血壓</strong></span><br />主要應用於高血壓。動物實驗證明，蓮子芯中的甲基蓮心鹼，可以明顯降低血管阻力、擴張外周血管，能有效地令血壓下降。此外，蓮子所含的非結晶形生物鹼 N-9，也有降血壓的作用。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>二、對抗心律不齊</strong></span><br />主要應用於心臟病等。動物實驗顯示，蓮子所含的蓮心鹼、甲基蓮心鹼和異蓮心鹼均能顯著改善冠狀動脈造成的缺血再灌注心律失常，當中尤以甲基蓮心鹼有較強的鈣拮抗作用，能最有效縮短心律失常持續的時間。</p>

<p>《神農本草經》記載：&ldquo;枸杞久服能堅筋骨、耐寒暑，輕身不老，乃中藥中之上品。&rdquo;《本草綱目》記載 &ldquo;枸杞子甘平而潤，性滋補&hellip;&hellip;能補腎、潤肺、生精、益氣，此乃平補之藥。&rdquo;眾所周知，寧夏枸杞是我國傳統的名貴中藥材，具有補腎養肝、潤肺明目等功效，受到中外醫學家與食療養生專家的高度重視。</p>
<p>杞子含有豐富胡蘿蔔素、維生素Ａ、維生素B1、維生素B2、維生素C和鈣、鐵等眼睛保健的必需營養。同時，又含約5%枸杞多糖，有促進免疫功能和抗衰老作用。 在中醫角度，枸杞子味甘性平，有補腎、滋陰、養肝、明目、益氣等功效。</p>
<p>枸杞一年四季皆可服用，夏季宜泡茶，但以下午泡飲為佳，可以改善體質，利於睡眠。但要注意的是，枸杞泡茶不宜與綠茶搭配，適合與貢菊、金銀花、膨大海和冰糖一起泡，用眼過度的電腦族尤其適合。冬季枸杞宜煮粥，它可以和各種粥品搭配，枸杞燉羊肉也是很適合冬天食用的。</p>

<p>本草綱目：「春採枸杞葉，名天精草；夏採花，名長生草；秋採子，名枸杞子；冬採根，名地骨皮。」，因此，枸杞主要可分為三個部分來使用，包括：枸杞葉可用來泡「枸杞茶」喝，但是口感不及枸杞子泡水，多半拿來當料理食材；另外，紅色果實「枸杞子」藥性平和，既可單味煎服、蒸服、浸酒、熬膏，亦可加入粥、湯、菜餚、點心中，製成藥膳，是最常為大家所熟知的部分；最後的「枸杞根」則又被稱為「地骨皮」，雖然也可以拿來泡水喝，但是顏色與味道同葉子都不及果實佳，一般適合入菜使用，例如煮藥膳湯。</p>
<p><span style="color: #800000"><strong>一、延緩衰老</strong></span><br />枸杞子又名「卻老子」，枸杞中的維生素C、&beta;-胡蘿蔔素、鐵含量均非常高，自古便是滋補養生的上品，有延衰抗老的功效，另外前陣子很紅的黑枸杞，與紅枸杞相比，黑枸杞的維生素、礦物質等營養成分含量更是豐富，尤其含具有清除自由基、抗氧化功能的天然的「花色素苷」，在藥用、保健價值方面，遠遠高於普通紅枸杞，可以有效地增強各種臟腑功能，還能改善大腦功能和對抗自由基的功能。</p>

<p>《本草經疏》：山楂，《本經》雲味酸氣冷，然觀其能消食積，行瘀血，則氣非冷矣。有積滯則成下痢，產後惡露不盡，蓄於太陰部分則為兒枕痛。山楂能入脾胃消積滯，散宿血，故治水痢及產婦腹中塊痛也。大抵其功長於化飲食，健脾胃，行結氣，消瘀血，故小兒產婦宜多食之。《本經》誤為冷，故有洗瘡癢之用。</p>
<p>《本草綱目》中用山楂、鹿茸等份為末，和蜂蜜為丸，治老人腰腿痛的記載是古代用藥經驗的總結；現代長期以生山楂泡水代茶使老人長壽的經驗，開闢了山楂藥用的新途徑。</p>

<p>紅棗富含蛋白質、脂肪、醣類、胡蘿蔔素、B族維生素、維生素C、維生素P以及磷、鈣、鐵等成分，其中維生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅，有&ldquo;維生素C&rdquo;之美稱。根據食品藥物管理署資料統計，100公克紅棗中含有7.7公克膳食纖維、597毫克鉀、50毫克鈣，以及多種維生素與胺基酸。另外，經研究證實，紅棗含有黃酮類化合物、核苷酸、多醣類、三萜類化合物等，能有效調理生理機能。</p>
